ToVaCom Plaza:
Located just outside the black tower of ToVaCom Enterprises, TVC Plaza is home to the Memorial Fountain, a large fountain desgined to memorialize the 9/11 tragedy.
Many TVC employees choose to take advantage of plesant days by eating lunch and having small meetings in TVC plaza, along with several street fairs that seem to pop up almost at random near the sidewalk. Exits from the Subway are closest to the right side of the plaza.
This is an open air area. You may find yourself assaulted here, although it is unlikely you will be without assistance for long

The aforementioned subways would be the 1, 2, 3, and E lines, if I recall corectly. If things follow our current reality marginally, the transit hub there will be quite architecturally impressive...

Doubly so, considering it would be owned in part by TVC Transit.
