Okay, it's been a real while since I touched anything of character creation. Some things might be flawed or require further revision though I tried to keep the character relatively mundane. I probably am a bit rusty, so any help or comments is appreciated.

*Character Name(s): Cyril Dupontes
*Race/Species: Human
*Gender:Male
Actual Character Age: 28
Home Territory(Place of Origin): France
Height: 5' 6"
Weight: 154 lbs
Physical Build: Average
*Physical Description: A man of average height and weight, wearing rimless glasses and sporting short dusty blond hairs and brown eyes. Like many people from France he sports a slightly pronounced hooked and still speaks with a relatively recognizable French accent.
Personal Information/History/Background: A recent immigrant from France, he recently moved in New York after finding work at the Embassy of France in the city. Not a ranked member of the embassy, his work is more a generic office's worker there. Back in France, his life was rather normal, an only child having studied to work in the government's offices back there, while keeping with his hobbies such as European football(like any good Frenchman), BDs(European comics, a favorite past-time amongst many French) and the less-common hobby of occult literatures and research, which he find fascinating even when complete bunk... and even the bunk sometimes catches his attention more than the more "serious" bunks, if only for sheer amusement. He has in fact a rather well-furnished library which he brought with himself from France to bring into his new apartment in New York.
He is actually enthusiast about his assignment in New York, since much like the rest of the world, it is where the existence of "Shifters" was revealed. Being an amateur of most things "occults" and "arcane", the possibility to possibly meet things once thought to be mere myths which are now proven to be true is an occasion he welcomes with open arms.
On another level, despite being more of a would-be intellectual, he also is conscious of keeping in shape and practices jogging frequently and cyclism when he has the time. He is also beginning to search for a fencing school or club of sort to continue his practice of the sport.
*Number and Description of Weaponry and Training: Some sportive fencing, though not enough to call it a true combat skill.
* Useful Trinkets or Items: Not much, except perhaps his collection of occult books(most of it being bunk, of course and if there's anything with truth in it, he's unaware of it). Also, a personal portable computer.
Vehicle: Average car for personal transports
*Special Skills: 5
Large Manual-force weaponry (Swords, clubs, axes, etc); 2, from his fencing classes. He only practices the art as a sport, and thus while rather good at is as an amateur, what he knows would be far from truly appropriate in combat.
Computer Usage 2 (Description: Basically, what can you do with a computer? Most people score a 0, as in they know basically how to use a computer, surf the internet, check email, install programs, etc. They can get along, but god help them if something goes wrong. Skill level of approximately 3 is good enough that the person could (and probably did) build a computer up from scratch, know which parts are better than others, and can probably do some basic programming. Skill level five have advanced programming, and this is about the level that most need to have to professionally develop and create new programs. Level eight and above are the god-like hackers, the kind that get employed by the CIA after cracking into their systems...if the CIA can even catch them. Programming viruses and other juicy little programs that can get them a back door into just about any system is what these people do for fun, and sometimes for a living.)
*new skill, subject to approval or revision* Occult Knowledge 3 (Description: Most people have only 0, knowing only basic myths or folklore tales, if any and often tainted by things such. Up to 3 is when it is still in the level of "amateur readings" where the study of occultism is still merely an hobby. Starting from 4 is when someone might begin to fall on some more "serious" reading that might actually begin to contain works of uses. Or at least, it's the stage when one is able to discern such content in such works. 6 is when one knows enough to possibly enact rituals linked to one of the branch of occultism he decided to focus on and perhaps enact some effects from it if he has what it takes(obviously, "species"(such as vampire or werecreatures) or "bloodline"(for specific mage lines that might have inherited abilities to work magic based on ancient contracts)-dependent rituals or magics cannot be enact if one is not of the required "species" or bloodline.). 8 is the line of serious and truly powerful so-called "warlocks" and "magi". More often than not, though, rituals learned through most "working" occultism books will rather instruct one on how to invoke various spiritual entities and how to contract/bind them for various tasks/powers(where the powers are actually the actions of the bound entity a spirit or demon of some sort, sometimes one from the here-after). Of course, one requires at the very least expert level(5) to even be aware of such thing and enact them. Enacting them by accident is also very unlikely as "awareness" brought by experts level is actually a requirement.)
*SKILLS TOTAL:
